- By becoming a member, viewing, and/or posting on the DemonOwnedYou Forums you agree to the Terms Of Service and General Membership Rules stated on this page and any others displayed in this forum.
- The Terms of Service and General Membership Rules may be changed at any time without prior notice by The Administration.
- The Administration is referring to any Administrator, Founder, Representative, or any other associate in a position of authority on this website.
- The Administration reserves the right to restrict membership in any way.
- The Administration reserves the right to revoke any membership, at any time for any reason at the Administrator's discretion.
- The Administration reserves the right to limit any membership, at any time for any reason at the Administrator's discretion.
- The Administration reserves the right to edit any members post, thread, or image, at any time for any reason at the Administrator's discretion.

Sub Part A

- DemonOwnedYou Forums cannot be held responsible for the content contained within the site.
- DemonOwnedYou Forums cannot be held responsible for the opinions contained within the site.
- The opinions contained within the site are not necessarily those of the DemonOwnedYou Forums or its Administration.
- You agree that no legal action what so ever, will be taken against the DemonOwnedYou Forums or its Administration. This includes past, present and future.
- You agree not to copy, reprint, or establish a website using information gathered at the DemonOwnedYou Forums, to do so by using any of the original information that was created by the DemonOwnedYou Founders, will result in banishment and/or deletion.
- You agree not to advertise, promote, post links, and mention products or services that you or someone you know will gain from unless otherwise allowed in a specific area.
- You agree that all content you post conform to all local, national, and continental laws on and or within the planet known as Earth and any satellites of said planet.
- You agree that all information submitted becomes the sole property of the DemonOwnedYou Forums.

General Membership Rules

- You must be at least 13 years of age to join. Some exceptions provided upon request.
- You may not post external links of personal gain.
- You may not post images that contain nude adult content. We are NOT a porn site.
- You may not post images that contain excessive gore or drug related substances.
- You may not misrepresent yourself as any organization or person you're not or imply that you represent the DemonOwnedYou Forums without prior written permission by the Owner.
- You may not post regarding race, ethnicity, political affiliation, sexual orientation, religion, income, marital status or any hate of the previously listed their-of.
- You may not post personally identifiable information about yourself or anyone else. That includes Social Security numbers or bank numbers, etc.
- You may not have avatars of a racy nature.

Sub Part B

- English is the official language of this forum.
- Proper spelling, grammar, and speech is expected when applicable.
- Any language outside of the English language will be deleted and is not tolerated unless done in the chatroom to another native speaking member.
- Profanity is tolerated to a certain extent. But remember we have a reputation to build and we don't want it smeared with what could be "dirty" mouths.

The Owner Clause

- "The Administration*O" refers to any the current Owner of the [DemonOwnedYou Forums] at this point it refers to the account, "Orion".

- The Administration*O reserves the right to be exempt from any and all rules as well as pardon any members for infractions against any broken rule. In this way, the Administration*O serves as Lawmakers, Judges, and Executioners.

- The Administration*O reserves the right to perform any action that may otherwise be looked down upon pertaining to the situation at hand. This includes, but is not limited to, denying a recruit full membership to the site, deleting a current full member from the site, and restricting anyone's account without approval or prior notification.

- The Administration*O reserves the right to reserve any not specifically given right, written or unwritten. This gives The Administration*O complete authority and sovereignty on any potential situations that may or may not arise. This includes defining rules, interpreting rules, or anything pertaining to the site.
